Refund policy

At JW Supplies, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Refundable at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without prior authorization or outside the 30-day return window
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before initiating a return.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us — Email us at luis@upliftsellers.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization — Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item — Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. Please include your RMA number on or inside the package.
  4. Refund Processing — Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Do not send items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not what you ordered, JW Supplies will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
  • Change of Mind Returns: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. JW Supplies is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears in your account.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted, such as when an item is returned in a condition that differs from its original state (e.g., missing accessories, minor damage caused by the customer).

Denied Refunds: If your return is denied (e.g., the item does not meet return eligibility requirements), we will notify you by email. The item will be sent back to you, and you may be charged a return shipping fee.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at luis@upliftsellers.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you.


Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at luis@upliftsellers.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return under this policy.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at luis@upliftsellers.com and we will investigate
